Medical-Grade Manuka honey MGO 600, saline solution, vegetable glycerin, natural fruit and plant extracts, citric and ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), and purified water.

Insert the nozzle into the nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril, up to three times per day for three consecutive days. Thereafter only use as needed.
