Pau dArco is the inner bark of a South American tree. It has been used by traditional healers in Brazil, Argentina, Peru and other South American countries for centuries. How does it work? When should I use it? Drink 1-3 cups daily, or as directed by your herbalist. How does it taste? It has an earthy taste-woody, astringent and slightly bitter.

Directions: Brew Well to be Well. For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a ceramic cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes.
