Ingredients: Organic Safflower Oil blended with Pure Mustard Oil, Almond Oil with Vitamin E, Essential Oils of Lavender, Rosemary, Marjoram, Sandalwood, Thyme, and Mustard Seed. DIRECTIONS: Use after a Dr. Singhas Mustard Bath, a sauna, a Jacuzzi or after a plain old hot bath! Massage the oil well into your body. When used as a therapeutic massage, a hot shower followed by a brief cold shower is recommended shortly after the session. A few drops can be added to the bath for your pleasure.
