The Fine Blending Brush is designed to be used to blend eye shadow across the eye area, in particular for special eye effects such as Smokey Eyes. The hair is dense and firm making it excellent for blending eye shadow into the delicate area around the eye. The brush also makes an excellent concealer blending brush.
