Placing an Order 24 hours a day:


Orders may be placed with our customer service staff toll free at 800 548-3824 (US Toll Free) or 262 889-8501 (US and International), 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Central Time Monday through Friday. After hours you may leave your order on our answering machine. Be sure to include your name, company name, customer number & any special instructions with your order. We will confirm all orders on the answering machine on the next business day.

Web ordering:

In order to place orders over the internet, you must become a registered user. Please go to "Register as new User" to register as a user. Existing LotusLight customers should receive their activation email within 1 business day. New Customers will be conacted by a customer service representative to verify business status before your account is activated.

Order Requirements:

The minimum for a wholesale order is $50.00.  Case units are listed for your convenience only. Cases may be broken without any surcharge on all but a few items. Items which cannot be broken from cases are specifically noted in the catalog as "sold in cases only." Particular patterns or colors cannot be specified on items listed as "assortments."

You must provide us with a Federal Tax I.D. number or state resale license number to order from this catalog. To expedite your order please have your customer number and catalog item numbers ready. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Trade show orders may require additional time because of product availability and may be delayed as much as 4 weeks.

Back Orders and Special Orders:

We try to maintain a high in-stock level at all times, but occasionally this is not possible for various reasons. We will gladly back order or special order product for you per your request only. Special orders must be ordered in full cases only and along with back orders are subject to their own freight policy and minimum. No returns on special orders. Back orders over 60 days are automatically deleted.

Drop Ship Products:

Generally we do not drop ship products. Occasionally, however, special order items may have to be drop shipped from a vendor. These orders do not combine for freight allowances.

New Add-on policy:

Our "Newly Automated" warehouse system will not allow for "Add Ons" to any order. Please include all your needs on the original order.

Payment Information

Payment Methods:

COD, COD cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Company check, net 30 day terms, wire transfers, money orders & cashiers checks.

Payment Terms:

Terms for new customers, or for accounts that have been dormant for more than one year, will be shipped COD/CASH or PREPAY. COD/CASH means the delivery person will be collecting cash (certified check) or a money order at time of delivery. To avoid the COD tag fee, you may prepay in full with check or money order or prepay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Customers may apply for credit terms or company check acceptance. A company check will be accepted after a BUSINESS CREDIT APPLICATION has been submitted and approved by our credit department. Net 30 day terms can be extended to established accounts upon completion of our BUSINESS CREDIT APPLICATION with references verified by our credit department. (Verifying all credit references can take some time, therefore, please anticipate up to 4 weeks for processing). No orders will be shipped to overdue accounts until they are paid in full or a payment plan has been approved by our credit department. Returned checks are subject to a $27.50 service fee. Overdue accounts will be charged a service charge of 1.5% per month, but not in excess of legal maximum.

Shipping & Delivery

Freight and Shipping:

Whenever possible, or otherwise instructed by the customer, orders are shipped via UPS (ground service) or FedEx Ground. UPS Next Day, UPS 2-Day Air, UPS 3-Day Priority & United States Postal Priority Express are also available with the additional costs being the responsibility of the customer and are not subject to the freight allowances. For shipping via any other manner except UPS, there will be a small-added charge for insurance.

Freight Allowances:

An allowance for freight will be given if payment for the order is received within terms, and the order meets the following criteria: The order is more than $200.00 with delivery to IA, IL, IN, OH, MI, MN, MO, and WI. The order is more than $275.00 with delivery to all other continental states. If the order is more than $375.00 with delivery to AK or HI, Freight allowance will only be given up to cost of shipping charges to UPS Zone 5. For orders more than $275.00 to Canada, freight allowance will be given up to cost of shipping charges to UPS Zone 2. All other orders are FOB Silver Lake, WI.  Orders consisting of mostly heavy items of 2 pounds or more (i.e. quarts, half gallons, gallons, salts, lamps, displays, etc., are not eligible for free freight or freight allowances) NOTE: (Allowances only $150 for Logona or Oshadhi "only" orders (Customer may combine these two brands for the allowance), and only $100 for Tisserand only orders)

Cod Orders:

Any customer who takes orders COD will pay the cost of each COD tag.

Refused Orders:

Customer's refusing an order will be charged both the outbound freight AND the cost that UPS charges to return the refused order to Lotus. If at Customer's request, a returned order is re-shipped, the customer will again be charged for freight costs. A restocking fee may also be assessed for refused orders where goods have been returned to stock.

Return Policy

Returns / Credits:

All sales are considered final. However if you ordered an item by mistake, or don’t like an item, you may contact our customer service department and request to return it for credit. Credit requests must be made within one week of receiving the goods, and returned promptly thereafter at your expense. You will receive a Return Authorization Number from a customer service rep, which must appear on the return address label to receive credit. A copy of the invoice, explanation for the return, and name of the customer service rep who authorized the return must accompany the returned item. A full credit will be granted only if the goods are returned in clean, resalable, original condition as shipped. No credits will be given if the product or its packaging is damaged, has stickers, or been changed in any manner. If goods are returned not as originally shipped, and they can be reconditioned, they will be subject to a 25% reconditioning fee. If they cannot be reconditioned to the original condition, no credit will be given. No returns on special orders.

Damaged Goods:

We will give full credit for damaged, incorrect or defective merchandise if you contact us within one week from receipt. Maintain the damaged product, shipping box, and packing materials for UPS (or whomever) to inspect or pickup. Your customer service representative will give you instructions on how to handle these materials.
